Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bookings and Payments

All bookings with The Content Centre are confirmed upon payment or deposit. By securing a booking, you are reserving studio time, equipment, and production resources.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for a reschedule or refund (at our discretion).

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will result in a full forfeiture of the booking fee.

 

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Late arrivals will not extend the allocated booking time.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a full forfeiture of payment.

 

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance will be accommodated based on availability.

  • Requests within 24 hours may be declined or treated as a cancellation.

 

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In such cases, The Content Centre may, at its

sole discretion, allow a reschedule or partial credit.

Why This Policy Exists

Our studio operates on scheduled time, dedicated crews, and pre-planned production setups. Last-minute cancellations directly impact operations and other clients.
